She is an amazing doctor! She listens to all of your concerns, doesnt rush you through your meetings, she is not judgemental at all and is very kind and sympathetic towards any feelings. Very kind, supportive and informative! Her assistant Krisy is the best ! Just a lovely experience and she has been my doctor for two pregnancies now. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an OB!

Dr zhang was my OB for my first child in 2020. The appointment schedule and guidance is good. Doctor not so keen about patients and does not keep track very seriously. I was seeing an OB at northyork general who was more serious in following up with pregnancy and educating the patient through various stages of pregnancy as compared to here. The doctor here does not follow up and provide exact fetal position information for delivery.

I have never had a receptionist act so unprofessional. Unfortunately due to work, my voicemail was full and did not know they called. When I received a call from my family doctor to advise me, I called them back right away. The receptionist told me she could not help me because their system was down and would call me the next day between 10-11am. I kept myself available during this time. When I did not get a call, I called the office to make my initial appointment. The reception attitude was rude and she scolded me for not being available in the past for the calls.
