I purchased two office chairs at UNRC. One of them had an issue that could not be detected at the beginning. Arbe and the team took care of it with no cost. Great service.

I highly recommend UNRC for their exceptional service. They were able to fix my chair quickly and efficiently, and it now feels like new. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience a pleasure. Overall, a great experience.

This store has the biggest selection of office chairs with great pricing ranges. Our guide, Arbe, expertly helped me choose the perfect ergonomic office chair for me, and even helped vacuum the chair with no hesitation! They will not hesitate to bring out as many chairs as you like for you to test out all of them! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a premium office chair! Update: When my chair had a little problem, customer service offered to replace the defective parts free of charge (under warranty), but when I brought the chair into the store, they completely surprised me by offering to just give me a brand new model for no added cost (they would then send the old one back to the company)! This store really does have the best customer service out there - no other store compares!!
