Took my brother to the optometrist dr ruo and the level of knowledge and professionalism was exceptional, I highly recommend him if you are in the area.

Dr Guo was amazing! Both my husband and I were very impressed. Being a healthcare professional myself I found him to be very thorough with his exams and explanations were very much appreciated so that we were informed patients. We live over an hour away but would do the drive anytime.

I had an appointment with Dr. Guo for the first time and there were improvements to be made. For one, he asked me if I wanted to get eye drops to dilate my eyes to see for any issues. I wasn't aware that the dilation should be done after the general exam, resulting in my exam results to be inaccurate. After I received my new glasses in a Optical store in Pacific Mall a week later, the lenses were dizzying. The optical store employee told me to get another exam after I told him about the eye dilation drops. I went, called Dr. Guo about my issue, and waited for 10 to 20 minutes for him to arrive. He told me I should've kept the new glasses to make an easier and faster comparison, but he really can't fault me on that when he should've been aware of the dilation drop's effects as an eye doctor. He used my old glasses instead to compare and made new exam results. Will not be revisiting.
