Susan took care of our Guinea pig in her home for a total of 12 days while we were on vacation. Our plans changed mid way and she accommodated us without hesitation. She was beyond amazing! We received daily updates and pictures and never had a concern about the care she was providing. We highly recommend Susan and would definitely use her again! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, Susan was absolutely amazing! Susan took care of our four Coton de Tulears for a week while we were on holidays (2 seniors and 2 puppies - quite the handful LOL). They require lots of attention between medications, brushing and exercise. Susan exceeded our expectations, giving our dogs everything they needed AND MORE. Our dogs are normally quite timid but didn't take long to warm up to Susan. Between the brushing, hand feeding, play time and even massages, she gave our dogs so much love and attention! She always kept me informed on their daily activities, sending lots of pictures to keep me updated which I really appreciated! Overall, Susan provided a VERY positive experience and I highly recommend her services to anyone requiring pet care! My pups already miss her pampering and I will definitely be contacting her again in the future to care for them!
