        I have been a customer here for about a year. Normally, I have no issues booking grooming appointments, but this time, I waited 3 days to simply get a call back. I ended up coming to the day I wanted to bring my dog in, and I tried calling. The cashier answered and explained that they were unable to book for the groomer but to wait for a call back. I totally understand that businesses get busy, but the fact that the groomer couldn't take 2 minutes over 3 days to call me back and tell me they were fully booked is crazy to me. I won't be returning to this location.
