What a nightmare? Travelled all the way from Hamilton for a confirmed booking. She charged my card via giggster and never responded back. Came to studio and found it locked. And no one was there.

Nightmare to contact, never responds to messages or calls on time, does not send invoices on time, makes false claims abount what equipment was used in the studio with no evidence whatsoever. Equipment is not well maintained, modelling lights on strobes and the trigger has been broken for years.

Hi everyone saw this page, this is owner of studio, i have to leave comments here since its really unfair review from ANGEL. and really terrible experience ever with her, i don't know if any of you are business owner and meet this kind of customer and situation, what you would do. Angel is abusing customer's right, knew my next customer already waiting outside, she refused to leave studio and threaten us for a full refund or will give us the worst review on internet, all just because she didn't have enough time to finish her photoshoot within her 2 hours rental+ 1hours free we offered, her make up artist arrive a lot late, as a photographer, i knew it will be really rush photoshoot since normally professional makeup takes at least 1-1.5 hours to finish which means they only have 30 mins for photoshoot...obviously it was not enough time, The best I could do is offer one hour for free since they access to studio late, but it was not our fault to let them in late, i called 5 mins before their booking time, they told me they are on the way and will call me back when they arrive but no one called in half hour, i called back to check and send them access code, they asked more time to their booking since they access late. Even I knew its not my fault, later on they showed me their calling log, they did dial my number but each of them was marked CANCELED, which mean they might cancel the calling before connected, or signal was not good, wont be able to connect to me. I am still understandable and love to help, so i offered them one hour free, and same time, i noticed them i just kept one hour time window between her booking and my next booking, after extending Angle's booking, they have to leave on time since there is no room to extend their booking any more. BUT at the end, she thought she shouldn't pay us at all because most of time she was waiting her team member and not using the space that much. I thought it was not fair. In our rental agreement, we have been clarifying we charges by time instead of they using or not and i have offered them extra 1 hour for their special situation. There is bottom line for us, we can't refund just because they change their mind or they can't finish their photoshoot. its not fair to our other customers as well. I have tried my best to help but she asked total 2 hours for free for 2 hours rental, more than what i could do. She even lie to me and said they didn't access to studio after having access code, they were just waiting outside so they should't be charged for their waiting time. The truth is we had access log from our alarm system through their code. They did access to studio right after we sent code. After we offer additional one hour for free, they requested full refund for their unfinished photoshoot or additional one hour to let them finish their photoshoot, I can't take any option at all, my customer was waiting outside already.everyone waiting for her for half hour more. I would suggest Angle come back later i can not extend their booking any longer at that time since i noticed them my situation already and also offered free one hour for their next booking if they come back...... i have do my best and best to help. BUT they were not leaving, just fighting with me for refund, I almost had to call 911 ... It was NIGHTMARE.. There is always bottom line we have to keep whatever situation we have to face up. i was just crying in front of my customer, VERY FIRST TIME in my life....feeling so much stressful, headache and unfair.... and she was keeping shouting at me ...English is not my mother language, i won't be able to be like her..,i can only stated the truth...in the simple way. At the last minutes, her photographer who was understandable said sorry to me and she understood it was standard of charging by time in studio rental business, but it was Angle's first time to rent the photo studio, she didn't understand at all.. It was terrible experience ever since i had this rental business for years....As a business owner, if you meet this situation, what you will do?
