I rented one of their property in Oshawa. Even after reading all negative reviews on google, I thought of giving it a try. I even confronted him with regards to the review, Roger said that only people with no Job will leave review. I should taken the decision of not renting at that moment itself. They gave us so much of problems 1. Provided our door keys to others and they illegally entered our place multiple times. Roger entered the unit without prior notice and not even without ringing the bell using his copy of the key. 2. He didnt give our key deposit back even after handing over the keys and unit in a very good condition. 3. He is creating new things as " outstanding" to avoid paying my key deposit. He inspected the house before we vacated the house, he accepted that there is nothing to be changed or done. He even tried to blame of for water leakage which one of the neighbour client backed up us and informed that it was there even before we rented the place. 4. He harassed my mother on the last day. More importantly I have videos, pictures, text messages as my proof. I will take legal action against all what they've done to me. They are stealing multiple tenants hard earned money. I usually dont write reviews but I want to bring awareness to all. DONT EVER RENT THEIR PROPERTY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
