        Been seeing Elaine for a couple of years now. Shes an insightful therapist. She communicates in a calm clear way. Her office on woodbine is a welcoming atmosphere. Shes helps you see things in a new way. Her sessions have given me more self awareness and assisted with processing and understanding past experiences, both negative and positive.
