The entire HAUS team was incredible from their speed, professionalism to outstanding results. My family and I were looking to sell our home in March 2023, and they were able to work with a tight turnaround time of 4 weeks. Everything from the first consultation, to bringing movers/cleaners, to staging for two open house weekends the team kept us up to date. This all resulted in over 200+ showings, and 8 offers. In the end, we were very happy with the results and are grateful to have the support of Will, Ray, and Rolando. Each person on the team executed their roles with precision and experience. I would highly recommend HAUS to anyone whether they are looking to sell, buy or lease. They were even able to teach me more about the neighborhood that I lived in for 10+ years.

I am currently not a client yet but if I ever require to hire a real estate agent or future service, I would definitely choose Raymond Hau and his Haus Team. They are hardworking, have good work ethic and excellent working culture. And I am not surprise that this team continues to grow and expand with genuine staff joining this team over the years. I communicate mostly with Raymond and when meeting him in person at presentation centre or other functions, you can feel how genuine he is. He is very knowledgeable and passionate and I never feel any pressure to be his customer in order to ask him questions. I am also impressed with Raymond and his team creativity in continue to find innovative ways to provide the latest real estate trends in Ontario & Canada to their customers and prospects via social media and YouTube videos. I found their podcasts and open house videos very informative. The videos are entertaining, it showcases the property as well as highlighting the surrounding areas such as schools, transportations, shopping malls and other important intangibles. By watching these videos, you can feel the energy by the Haus team and learn a lot about different towns/cities knowing which areas we would like to call "Home Sweet Home or future investments". If I ever need to rent or purchase a property in the near future, I will definitely hire the service of Raymond and his Haus team coz the Haus team always "Put People First".
