Carmen is my go-to person when it comes to precon and rental management. My family and I have been working with her for over 8 years and highly recommend all landlords and precon buyers to reach out to her 1st. She's very knowledgeable, well networked, and have the patience to walk through the entire project with you from beginning to end. She makes sure you know what you're getting yourself into and if needed, will provide you her recommendations of lawyers who will protect your interest and caution you legally with what the purchase agreement entails. She is very detailed, informative and is honest and transparent which I do not see often enough from other realtors. She also does rental property management for my family and I, and I could not be happier with her services as I can sleep without worries. To have someone who knows how the LTB system work is a major thing for me as I've had my fair share of bad tenants. Throughout the years, there were times where my family and I needed renovations or needed something very random, like a car mechanic or landscaping, and she was able to assist us with that too! Truly a great person and very helpful. Alot of heart in her profession.
