Victor was really helpful in leasing my unit. This was my first time leasing and he was knowledgable, organized, prompt, and was in constant communication with me during the entire leasing process. He answered all my questions and took great care in understanding my timelines and tenant quality I was comfortable with. He ensured all offers were reviewed and called out any concerns I should be aware of. He would then dig deeper to ensure any concerns were addressed. Victor is super friendly, knowledgeable, and more importantly, looks out for his clients. I was a first-time home buyer filled with so much anxiety entering the housing market, but Victor helped me through the entire process and answered every question I had and made the journey as stress-free as possible. He was openly transparent of any concerns he had for a house and critically reviewed each home we visited to make sure that it matched our lifestyle. Thank you so much Victor for helping us buy our first home in Canada.
