The sales person Sherry Zhang tricked me to signed some documentation claiming it's just part of the offer I am marking, while later I decided not to do business with her, she claimed the commission from me through the channel. I don't have time and effort to spend while Sherry seems to be have quite enough of them. I have to compromise.... Read everything they hand over to you carefully twice before you sign anything! If you don't understand, don't sign! ------------------------------------------------------- update Jul 23 14:50 Just do yourself a favour, anyone who read this, assess all the document they handover to you. If you don't understand, try to find someone you could actually "trust". Since as the owner said, they have all the right to do what they want/need to do. It's no joke for commission.

Request to return $2,100 :- Kenneth Yip , the salesperson of CENTURY 21 KING'S QUAY REAL ESTATE INC. who cunning tricks an elderly $2,100 lease deposit. July 25/2021 You are defaming and moles me. Kenneth checked #1607 completely and no damages I made , before I left . But I would like to tell you Rita Puk , your #1607 already exists damage problems. Unfortunately, you didn't fixed them before and after I'm in the unit 1607 on March 1st 2020 , now you say I made the damages. Trick Can't wait.....Take me to the TRIBUNAL , ASAP.

I tried contacting Aaron Sue whose reference I got from a listing on realtor.ca approximately more than a month ago, but he has never ever responded to my efforts. Initially, I sent a message directly from the realtor.ca website giving all of my information and waited for his reply. However, he didn't responded and as a result I called on his given contact number which a female picked up at his office and relayed me the message that he is out of the office and took my information saying that he will call me back. I waited for few days for his response, but he didn't respond. I again visited his website Century 21 and sent him message from their portal expressing the above concern, but to no avail. At last, I am writing this review to make people aware to not rely for any of their listing as they may lose the opportunity as I did (listing which I was interested in, is no more available online).
