I play rugby for the York lions and my body gets extremely sore after games and practises. I searched many places for a proper massage therapists, and Im glad to say I have gladly found the one.

Very friendly and amazing staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience for all the services they offer. My first visit was very satisfying. My message therapist made me feel comfortable and was mindful of any injuries and points that needed to be focused on - was better than any other massage I've gotten at a spa! I feel welcome and comfortable there. The protocol and health and safety provisions are excellent. I have zero concerns about visiting. I'm looking forward to my next appointment! And plan to make them a regular part of my self-care practice.

Great place for physical rehabilitation. The staff are all friendly and helpful from the receptionists to the physiotherapists. This place is equipped with all the tools and the relentless staff to help you with your rehab. Very easy to get to and plenty of parking.
