FedEx Ship Centre

This is not a delivery service, it's a pickup service. Parcel never gets delivered. Every time I get an automated phone call that we missed your delivery so please pickup your parcel from our facility. Drivers don't like to delivery in buildings. So why do you charge us?

Went to pick up a parcel at lunch time. I found the place small, but it is neat. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Worst FedEx I have ever been to in my entire LIFE. BEWARE when handing your driver's license to the workers because I had done that and they dropped it through some random crack in the table and just stared at me. They did not help in trying to recover my card I wasted 3 hours of my time waiting and in the end they only took my information to contact me the day after when they retrieve it. They never called me so I wasted time and gas went back to the location and they had taped the area done nothing since the day before and told me they would talk to the employee... I LEFT AGAIN recieved a phone call with them telling me that I have to pay for it and there's nothing they can do! They didn't want to tell me this when I was there or take any responsibility for the poor actions. What kind of service is this?! I don't find this acceptable at all. This could have been anyone's form of ID money or credit card which is a major problem. No apology was made no empathy or any type of compensation for a mistake your employee made and should be liable for. They must attempt to open the table or compensate for the company and employees negligence.Very incompetent poor customer service and problem solving skills. I will be filing a complaint. I don't suggest going to this location for any service! Will not be returning.
