My order (1826) hasn't still been delivered after you guys told me that you would ship it on Friday. What's going on, your customer service hasn't been taking my calls? what kind os service are you guys offering? I don't like defaming any business but you're pushing my hand atm.

My daughter bought a pair of Jordan 1 shoes. I have looked very closely and they are authentic, so that is a good thing. The shoes were ordered on line. delivery was a bit slow and their communication was not the best. There is room for them to improve on this. The price seems high to me, but I dont know how much shoes cost. Assuming that their prices are fair then I would suggest they improve the amount of time needed for shipping and keeping the customer updated. Originally I was not happy as the delivery took longer than stated and my wife was not able to get an adequate reply. I called and someone did call me back and was very polite and followed through with everything she had said. Thank you Jennifer.

Save yourself time and money and DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Had the worst experience and still have not heard back from customer service. My order was cancelled 1 week before Christmas and I am convinced it is because the value of the shoe went up. Extremely disappointing.
