Its really weird that even after appointment I had to wait for an extra hour. Also if the location of the clinic was changed and I was not even emailed the new location which was frustrating.

I had a great experience with Dr. Kraft. He is knowledgeable, friendly, skilled, and willing to answer questions/explain things in a very approachable way. The wait time was about 45 mins, but thats pretty standard.

Worst dermatology office. Waste of time, work with too many people to care about the outcome. Dont prescribe things that work and dont have good follow up times.

Very bad experience came 15 min before appointment and waiting time is more then hour There is no oder for calling patients whether took appointment or not. I asked after an hour for my number they told 3 persons before me but took more then 10 persons inside. Still waited to be called Very crowded place, uncomfortable experience Doctor Carrie was the one whom I met was very nice 5 stars for her, though I had an appointment with Doctor Charles who I think was not available.
