Elumena Health Clinics | Alden Rd

I had a fall on ice last winter and sustained a shoulder injury. My neighbour recommened Elumena Clinic and Avdhi. Avdhi looked after me wonderfully to help this problem heal. Because of the great work she did with me I asked her to assess my back which had been giving me problems for some time. I had broken it about 20 years ago and while I had recovered well and had good physio at the time, I felt there was more to do. Avdhi did a good assessment of this problem and over the course of a few months she helped me work out ways to strengthen my back and also ways to manage it well on a daily basis. She is a terrific Physio and a lovely person! I would highly recommend her.

I have had this shoulder injury for a few years, with many different chiropractor visits. But my injured shoulder was always weaker and I feel I have never fully recovered. After 4 visits with Dr. Wu along with doing the exercises prescribed by him. My shoulder is now 100%. I wish I met Dr. Wu years ago.
