Very disappointed. I had booked a appointment and send in my deposit. I received an email stating my appointment was canceled for not making my deposit. I was told they could not find my deposit yet when I sent proof, the deposit was sent back within 15 minutes. No apology and no giving back my appointment. The head secretary had no problem canceling my appointment yet could not cancel the person who they called two hours before and cancel theirs. Extremely unprofessional. Its not hard to take responsibility for your mistake and apologize. It is embarrassing how incompetent the head secretary is.
