        Our 10 month old tub suddenly stopped working in February. Ken at Pioneer immediately identified that the tub was under warranty and dispatched Elite to diagnose the issue. Ken was extremely responsive during what turned out to be a two month period as Elite gradually replaced most of the working parts. Ken worked with the factory in California and Elite in Oshawa and ultimately a resolution was found in the form of a factory tested pressure switch from the manufacturer. Thank you Ken and Pioneer for standing behind your project and working it through.
