Reliable Pool Service

I was looking forward to having Raudy open our pool this year after reading all these great reviews. This is our first spring with the pool. We are renters and moved in this past November being excited about having a pool. At the time the pool was already closed with tarp and waterbags. Rental agent told us the pool had been used over spring and summer and that it was closed by a professional company. Raudy recognized right away that the pool was not closed professionally, and had likely not been used for at least 2 years based on it's appearance. Pipes were not emptied, antifreeze wasnt used, plugs werent removed, etc. He pointed out all of the potential issues that could happen if he tried to open it and was kind enough to relay this to my landlord's agent. I felt terrible for wasting his time and appreciate his honesty and integrity. He could have just tried to do the job and things could have gotten ruined, and told us stilk to pay him, but he acted very professional and didn't want to proceed knowing that things could end up worse off. He provided some recommendations for good companies that could help with the issues. When I tried to offer to pay him for his time he refused. Stand-up guy and someone I would definitely trust!!! Reliable Pool Service has been absolutely amazing! We have used their services for two years now and are very pleased. Raudy is excellent at communicating with you, very knowledgable, and works efficiently. He leaves your place clean and puts a lot of care into his work. Highly recommend his services!
