Bell

Came in on January 31 to upgrade from prepaid to a plan that was offered as a promotion. The blonde lady took my sim card and didnt tell me she would be "killing" it and therefore making it unusable and rendering all my phone numbers on it irretrievable. She even returned the sim card to me, like what for if its dead? I literally just switched to bell 5 months ago after rogers dropped the ball and im already looking for new service. Horrible company and and horrible location. So much for being in the business of communication.

Whats the need for Bell mobility Locations if all the things can be done via customer service.When visited came to knew that they cant offer good loyalty rewards or better services they advise you instead to call the customer care for further inquries which when called will definately take 2-3 hours of your life which you are not getting back.

No stars for you guys, Just got out of the Bell store here at woodbine and denison, had a cracked screen protector and when bell sold me the plan they told I can go to any store and get the screen changed if it ever cracks. Was sent back from the store at woodbine and denison telling me that they are a private franchise and wont do it and go find a corporate store. When I checked online they were showing up as a Bell store and there was a huge blue Bell sign up front, go figure. For the record I had a cracked screen protector before and was replaced by a Bell store in mississauga no questions asked.
