Front desk staff is great. Wait time and doctor is horrible!! Waited a good 30-45min to have this male dr see my baby girl (9month - fever, coughing, runny nose) for 10 seconds! Legit just listened to her lungs and looked at her ears. Didn't bother checking anything else. We were dismissed. I had to find him to ask if I should be concerned of her hacking cough. She lost her voice. Don't bother going here if you can get in to see your GP or pediatrician.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting MSUCC, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion provided by Dr. Sharifian. He took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns, asking pertinent questions and showing genuine interest in my well-being. It was evident that he truly cared about my health and wanted to provide the best possible treatment. Moreover, the level of efficiency was remarkable. Despite the high volume of patients, Dr. Sharifian never rushed through my appointment. He carefully examined my symptoms, ordered the necessary tests, and promptly shared the results with me. I appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to providing thorough and accurate care. The entire staff was also outstanding. The receptionists were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The nurse was attentive, ensuring my comfort and offering support whenever needed. Together, they created a welcoming and nurturing environment that alleviated any anxiety I had about visiting an urgent care center. In conclusion, I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Sharifian and the exceptional care I received. His expertise, professionalism, and compassion were exemplary. This place was terrible. Dr babak sharifian is a creep, I did not feel comfortable having him as a doctor. I would not recommend women and children coming for check ups here.
