This place is never open! Dr won't do phone consult unless yr a patient. Which I am. Why is it even there???

I would like to share my experience. But I can't. Because I don't have a chance to go in there. This clinic do not accept new patients. I wish the clinic could update everyone on google more often. My daughter was very sick and we came here first thing in the morning. And we end up went to a hospital near by.

I saw Dr.Para many times prior to the pandemic, using her walk-in service. She was a very caring, friendly and knowledgeable doctor. However, during this pandemic, the receptionist had informed me that they are no longer accepting walk-ins and only registered patients are allowed to book appointments. Meaning, this doctors office has to be your registered GP. The receptionist then directed me to go to another walk-in or emergency.

This review is specifically regarding my experience with Dr. Para; I'll keep it short and simple. She has great manners and an amazing attitude; listens, and does not belittle the patient; shows genuine interest in your well being. Want a good doctor who's also easy to get along with? She's the one. I never liked going to a doctor and finally feel comfortable doing so!
