I received top notch service from Window Experts. % satisfied. Im extremely happy and love my new windows. I would highly recommend window Experts to any customers looking to have their windows and or doors replaced. Prior to hiring this company, I received estimates from Consumer Direct windows, HR Windows & Doors, Trustbuild Windows, Polaris Windows and Panes window manufacturer. Window Experts were by far the best Bar none. They were more honest, trust worthy, experienced and knowledgeable. My interactions with this company was smooth from the beginning to the end. Igor was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable. He explained the difference/ between Brick to Brick verses Retrofit and the advantages/disadvantages of either one. Other companies were pushing retrofit because it was cheaper and was saying because my house was older it would be difficult to install. This was not the case with Window Experts They arrived at the scheduled time, protected my property and cleaned up afterwards. Im really happy with my decision to choose this company. My windows are beautiful and I cant thank you enough. Thanks very much Igor and your team!! Highly recommend! They provided me with all the necessary paperwork for me to get the energy efficient rebates from Natural Resources Canada.
