Absolutely rude and horrid customer service. As a visitor to this lovely town I was shocked at the store owners behaviour. Simply touching a hat and considering purchasing it and the clerk practically jumped on us treating us like children! Go everywhere but here to spend your money.

THE WORST store in the entire Merrickville, AVOID at all cost! My friends and I was ORIGINALLY having a good time and giggling in this store, because we like the stuff we saw UNTIL she staff YELLED at us "DON'T PLAY IN OUR STORE!"....I mean, what? This is how they treat customers? No laughing in the store? Is this a funeral home or what? Maybe they should put a sign on the front door "NO FUN ALLOWED", they would definitely help to attract more people and increase sales guaranteed! The even worst part was, once my friend was trying to get birthday gift for her sister, but then the staff of this FANTASTIC store yelled at her told her to leave, just because the GENIUS staff thought my friend was poor couldn't afford anything in their MARVELOUS tiny shack of place. If you want to be yelled at for no reason and want your day to be ruined, go to their store and see for yourself~
