I had the absolute pleasure of having Jack assist me at this location today, he went above and beyond exceeding my expectations while setting up a second line for my account for my son, he was helpful and well spoken and incredibly patient while my son talked his ear off ! I really appreciate time time he took with our needs , Thank you Jack!

Excellent customer service! Matthew helped me find a great laptop, I had done lots of my own research so I knew what I wanted but was still on the fence when I came in. He answered all my questions and did none of the pushy salesman tactics. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in the door. The employees were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I also get my printer ink there and if anything needs to be ordered they get it done right away and call when your order is in.

If I could give The Source at the Midland, Ontario a 5+ I would. Awesome service at this store, every time I go. They are helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. They will always be my top pick for technology-type purchases.
