        Rooms are clean and reasonably priced. The location is not bad. Midland is fairly easy to navigate if you are new to the area. Rooms: The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy.

        Clean and friendly but overly strict on late checkout policies. No kettle to boil water. Worth mentioning that we were not notified about the policy at all before checking out. A knock on the door would have been appreciated. IMO, its a money grab, as the place had plenty of vacancies.
