        The staff were awesome! Each time I have been in they have a given me excellent service. I bought a silver chain that I realized was too long and I had no problems exchanging it for a shorter size.

        I have been dealing with Phoenix Jewellery for over 25 years. Their expert knowledge and professionalism in the jewellery business to this day still blows me away. They make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. Tan and Koreena always make you feel special and of course the custom jewellery that he makes is always FIRST CLASS Such amazing special personal pieces. I would never go anywhere else. If you havent given them a try please do you will not regret it. LOVE YOU GUYS THANK YOU

        Love Phoenix! Had a beautiful custom family necklace made and it turned out perfectly. They have done many fixes for me and are currently shortening my new bracelet and creating earrings with the links they remove. Highly recommended.
