Sport Chek

I was in the store for almost 20 minutes. I went in looking for running shoes and needed some info and advice. An employee walked past me 4 times without acknowledging me even though I made eye contact and said hello. He went to help another customer, and never did come to me. I looked around and could not see anyone else I could ask for help, except for the woman at the register. I told her what happened, she did apologize but still offered no help or even to get someone to help me.

Way too overpriced here for anything shoe or clothing related, plus they're lacking a good selection of shoes (seem to be only catering to runners) would love some decent Nike, Adidas, Air Jordan's or possibly Timberlands. Bought my skates here a couple years back, wasn't too expensive. Can find the odd sale on little kid shoes or hats for gifts. Staff was friendly.

I've purchased a DimondBack Ridgeline bike. It needed service and Jason the Tech was so quick and great at his job. I highly recommend purchasing a Bike from the midland location.

Amazing service from Jason - he was very helpful and polite, and went out of his way to provide the best customer service possible. He also opened the door for my mom on the way to the bathroom. I highly recommend this sports chek location for all your sporting good needs!
