My experience at this location has always been good. Bhawana has been excellent for me. I have never trusted anyone for my haircut but I took a chance with her and was very happy with the outcome! . I have been going to her ever since. She also does a great job with my hair colour. Never disappoints. I think what I like about her most is her friendly nature and patience thru the process. Horrible customer service, I brought a client (elderly and disabled) at 535pm (closes at 6 1 client ahead of ny client that I support, and she was turned away. The whole hair cut would have taken 7mins max and she barely has any hair as it is. Will never ever take my elderly clients there again.

If you're looking for a place to get your haircut and immediately need to go pay someone else to fix said haircut. Then this is the place for you. Only thing needed was a trim on the sides and the back along my hairline and she can't even pull that off. No clippers, not straight at all, just a nightmare every time. Their 0 for 3 now and I'm done giving them the benefit that it was a one off, because it's not and never is. Service: Hairstyling

Bhavna did a great job on my cut and colour! I was very pleased with the result - It was exactly how I wanted it! She is intuitive in getting a sense of what you prefer, meticulous in her work and is very friendly! Thank you!
