        I custom ordered a birthday cake. No wonder it was very beautiful and therefore 3 stars. However, the quality of the cake was so bad. Even my kids refused to eat. The base was so dry that it was difficult to swallow. Not that I have never eaten a fresh cake before, but the owner says that the cake was baked fresh. I wonder how does the layering of chocolate ganache dry the vanilla cake in 2 hours if it was baked fresh. Waste of money...unless it was for a showcase!!
