I have been going to Dr. Daisy Park for last 10 years. I have never seen such a pleasant, kind and experienced dentist. She handles each case delicately with utmost care. Her work is always perfect. She was able to save my original tooth which other dentist could not. She is a dentist at perfection.

Good dentist, but awful customer service, especially from the secretaries. They are pretty dry and unprofessional, charge you upfront without notice and their rates are way too expensive. Money oriented office. An example: They did the same filling over a period of ten months and were blaming me for it. What is worse, they didnt give me any notice and my insurance refused to cover the second one.

Poor customer service. Asked me to pay upfront before processing my claim. Said it was my insurance who changed this but it was Heritage Dental. Kids needed extra cleaning asked me to call Manulife myself to determine recall frequency and units of scaling per year. Always appointment is rushed. Not recommended.
