Was a listed GHG energy auditor. Sahand did our pre-retrofit audit, provided us reports but never submitted anything to the government. Now that we're done our renovations they are no longer responding to calls, emails. Looks like I just got scammed $600 in audit fee plus loss of several thousands I was relying on in rebates.

It's a disorganized company who takes no accountability for their poor performance. We had an energy audit done in October and they never uploaded our files to the NRC website and were blaming the auditor for the delayed results. The auditor sent us the report as a proof that he had the report completed sent to BSG(which in duplication we sent to them). Now our windows are coming next month and we'll likely be ineligible for the grant because of their disorganization. When you phone them they do not answer the phone and their message says "we are currently inactive ". We've been in contact with company via email but they haven't resolved the issue and no longer answer our emails. Buyer of services beware. This is not a reliable company.

SCAM The auditor was very nice, but there were errors in the report. They complete the audit in February and at the end of July, they haven't submitted the document. I contacted them several times and no one returned my call or was able to fix the error. There are many other energy auditors out there. I would suggest consumers choose wisely and stay away from Barrier Sciences Group. Buyer beware!!

Don't waste your time. Booked an appt to have a home audit done. Come appt. time nobody shows up, no call to advise of being late, nada... 1.5 hrs later I call the advisor to ask where he is, no response. Next morning I get a text message asking me to re-book!?! No reason for missing the appt. Contacted Barrier to express concern and dissatisfaction and no response from them either! At a loss for words as to how a company can operate this way. Very unprofessional. I suggest taking your business elsewhere as there are plenty of companies that do this work.

Very easy process they do most of the work. The inspector is very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Overall great experience
