I have loved ones in Canada and I'm in the US and don't like the online "florists". So o went directly to Karen's and i think Karen's is the best. The flowers are gorgeous and they give white glove service. Thank you!

I ordered a corsage for my daughters prom and it looked very ugly - like a gaping alien mouth. I ordered chocolates as well and the order was messed up with my husbands pick up and did I not get the chocolates. I didnt have time to go back. I wasnt charged for the chocolates fortunately but, clearly their online ordering system did not work well. When I called, we had to agree to disagree. I was told it is an orchid and high end so, therefore, that means it is beautiful. I sent a picture and they thought it looked great. I didnt want a refund, but I didnt expect they would actually think it looked great. I made it work. I just want to say, please be specific with what you ask for as designers choice is not a good option.

We order from Karens for all occasions and they never disappoint. Always flexible (many last minute requests) and the flowers are beautiful, fresh and creative. Thank you!

I placed a significant order (+$300) for a delivery next day. On their website there is a box to leave a message with any questions/requests etc. I left a message indicating that I would like the delivery to happen between 7am and 12pm. On the day of, I still had not heard from the flower shop by email or phone if the delivery request could be met. I phoned them (4) times with no answer and no option to leave a phone message. I emailed them twice with no response. The delivery did not arrive until close to end of day. I know this day was Mother's Day and that it is a busy time of year for them. My issue is the fact that nobody got back to me. Nothing, 0 response. My wife and I had plans for mother's day that we had to delay/postpone due to this. The flowers, card and chocolates were great but the service behind it is absolutely horrible. I will definitely not purchase from here again and hope they take this review seriously and improve their customer service.
