I called Free Air Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. as my AC had died late last year. I decided to wait until this year to get it replaced. I was referred to the Free Air team by a friend who used their services before and swears by them. I have never had to purchase any HVAC equipment before so I was happy with their patience from the start. Stephen came by to look at my system and did a thorough check of what I currently had. I had asked for a quote on the AC replacement only but he also discussed with me and gave me the option of a Heat Pump with the Government Rebate. He explained the rebate, what a heat pump is and how I could benefit from it. He answered ALL of my questions knowledgeably and didn't make me feel stupid. Great Service and amazing system. I no longer need to run a dehumidifier in the summer to control my humidity as my new system has a sensor that does it for me to help increase my comfort level. My asthma and puffer are no longer a daily struggle as I have not had to use it since the installation. It is also super quiet unlike my old system which is great for when I am watching TV in the basement. 10/10 would highly recommend! Services: Installation, Install thermostat

Needed to replace my tankless water heater. Came to see the existing setup and provided few options on how to proceed. Once booked, took less than a week to come and install. Stephen was amazing, friendly and got everything removed and installed with no issues. Would suggest for anyone looking for a new tankless. Service: Installation

Our fan for the furnace stopped working. Stephen showed up the same day and was able to get us new parts under warranty which we didnt even realize we had.
