Hired for wedding pick up and drop off. They came 15mins late for initial pick up due to Toronto traffic and came on time for the rest. Driver was accommodating with music, A/C, and opening of the doors. Just wished the paint job of the limo was better. It looked a bit shabby outside for a wedding. All in all it was still a great experience.

Avoid this limosuine service for prom. Prices that were set were changed last minute. Interior of limo only plays the radio which barely got a signal and all we heard was static the entire way. No air conditioning. Partition did not work. While taking pictures in front of the limo the driver decided to move the limo knocking all of us over. Driver was a chill guy i guess but other then that. Shady Service, difficult to plan. And very dissapointed. Looking for a refund.

WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!! I recently hired Brothers Limo (June 2019) for transportation for my wedding. I have to say that my experience was one of the worst I have ever had! I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were more hassle than I ever bargained for. When initially booking the service, I had to repeatedly ask them to confirm my reservation, and it took several days before my confirmation was emailed. This is just a small prequel to the worst aspect of my wedding... On the day, I was called by the driver 21 minutes after our initial pickup time. I do not know if he had arrived earlier or not, though the company insists that they did. Our late departure was also related to the fact that the driver was extremely slow processing payment. It seemed like he did not know how to operate the payment machine. I can't blame him, since I cannot recall the last time I used a manual credit card imprint. If you use this service, you may want to brush up on the use of this machine, since the drivers have not been trained. Our late arrival was made worse by the fact that the driver got lost on the way! It was only when I mentioned that he was not going the right way that he pulled a u-turn and got back on the highway. The pickup and drop-off points were known weeks in advance, and there is absolutely no reason why this should have occurred. In between dropping off the groomsmen and picking up the bride, the limo was called away to another job. A new driver arrived much later to pick up the bridal party, and this was not communicated to us at any point... the driver just left! When taking the bridal party to the venue, the driver several detours off of the intended route. The limo arrived from the opposite direction from where it should have come from, making the bride very late. To make it worse, I received a "waiting charge" invoice for more than $100 the day after my wedding. I phoned the company and they refused to make any adjustment, insisting that it is my fault that they were late, with no consideration for the driver change, getting lost, or the detours. I would also add that the quality of the limo was disappointing. The radio did not work, and the privacy screen was inoperable. This was not the quality of vehicle I was expecting, nor what was advertised on the website. I will never again use Brothers Limousine, and I hope you don't either!

I used Brothers Limousine. Service was excellent. It was great experience for my family members. We will definitely use them again for all our events!

Don't use this company, I totally regret it. Driver was very rude and not friendly (Kareem) Had an altercation over an accusation we damaged a part of the inside. Owner was called to the site and didn't really resolve much. We discussed a discount with owner and he said he would call me on the Monday to discuss and never called. Charged me the full amount. Maybe they have better drivers but make sure you ask so you don't get Kareem. Very disappointed!!!
