Tony is the best, he is a genuine professional who doesn't try to up sell or pressure you into anything you don't need. My wife and I purchased our first hot tub through Tony. We walked in blind, but he answered all of our questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. He sold us a smaller tub that fit our needs and space, rather than trying to upsell us. What was even more impressive was the amount of support he offered after the sale. Unlike most salesmen that disappear the minute the cheque has cleared, Tony continues to promptly answer our questions about the installation and water balance for the hot tub. Tony and Canada Direct are the only people we trust with our hot tub needs.

Customer service is bad, won't sell you hot tub filters/accessories if you haven't purchased a hot tub here. Buyers beware
