All of the negative reviews about Lorraine Kerr are spot on. The way she speaks to property owners, to the way purposely forms misleading comments, to the way she mis handles most of not all situations, and the overall disregard and disrespect of homeowners concerns. I have spoken with many unit owners in our complex and they have told me many stories that coincide with my experience. It seems as though they have taken on too much work for what their staff and business structure can handle and the owners are paying the price. Why do we even pay these people to help run our complexes when they truly are incapable of finding a reasonable balance. Horrible experience, would never recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stonework was being done around our complex all summer and I assumed once they were ready to work on my house's front wall I would be given a couple days notice. Well, I was wrong. I was not informed the scope of work would include the complete demolition of the wall, the front bricks of my house and include them completely destroying my garden. Other walls throughout my neighborhood had been a few bricks here and there, not the complete wall. Had I been given a couples day notice and told they would be destroying my plants I would have dug them out. The management groups response was "well we gave you notice at the start of the summer, you should have known work was being done and you could have dug them up." I cannot wait to move out of my town house so I no longer have to deal with these people.

Kerr has managed my property in Acton for many years and they have always been professional, responsible and available. They always give ample notice for any work or improvements that will be going on for the property. They are prompt and reliable and have always been kind and friendly to my wife and I.
