Dr. Yan Liu

I have found Dr Liu and her staff person extremely condescending and arrogant. She has extremely bad bedside manners and has little or no respect for patients or colleagues. Definitely thinks she is far superior to both patients and other doctors.

Been a long time patient of this office and the staff work hard and are wonderful. but I have seen them sadly mistreated worsening over the pandemic just for doing their job. I have also seen this at pharmacies and at my GPs office and the lab downstairs. Even signs have been posted stating staff will not tolerate abuse. People need to stop taking out their frustrations on medical people and take accountability for their entitlement. We are losing medical people techs nurses and doctors due to burn out...people should WAKE UP. and look in the mirror at their own behavior.

Extremely unprofessional, would never step foot in this clinic .. Horrible receptionist, doesn't follow up on appointments ... just cancels because she doesn't want to make sure they received the results. If this doctor care about reputation , they should fire her.

The receptionist is absolutely horrible and should be fired. Zero sense of compassion or interest when speaking to a patient. Does not listen at all, just continues to spew her own BS at the individual on the other end.
