Raf was amazing. He came in and was so patient with us. He visited 3 times with diffrent types of samples until we picked the one we loved. The estimate was fair and he completed the job in the same number of days he said it would take. My wife wasnt happy with one of the boards because the color looked off from the rest and he removed it no question not fuss. Very happy with the job I feel it transformed our main floor. Already talking with him about some other projects in the near future. Services: Installation, General repairs & maintenance, Engineered wood

5 stars! We has a great end-to-end experience with Raf. He was professional and punctual when he came over to provide a quote and in completing the job. He patiently answered all our questions on installing hardwood on our stairs. His workmanship is excellent and methodical. He is diligent with his measurements and cut, ensuring that it was cleaned up at the end of each process, which minimized the clean-up at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend Raf if you are looking to bring a fresh, new look to your hardwood project. Services: Sanding, Installation

BUYER BEWARE! I wouldnt normally do something like this. My husband and I hired what we thought was a professional hardwood installation company. We paid him on his terms, as the job was seemingly being completed. This was a decent size job, 4 bedrooms and closets, a hallway and 3 stair landings including nosing pieces. The up stairs flooring looks great. The landings have been an entirely different experience. The finishes were awful. Rough, big gaps and not finished professionally at all. The stain the contractor selected was completely off. He stated that all that was left to complete was final coat of varnish and to reassemble the stair banisters. I was surprised and disappointed with the way the landings looked compared to his Facebook photos of work he had completed in the past. When he was asked why and if he had tried his best, he answered no. He told my husband that the look that we had chosen was outdated and would be ripped out anyway. He also said that we seemed like the type of people that would rip him off. This was after we had paid 95% of the payment. I have emailed Rafael and he has not responded. My husband has left several messages and Rafael has not responded. The final outstanding amount is $800 and he has left us with much more than that in work to complete. Do not use this company he is rude and a fraud in his own industry. R&E Flooring Ltd. He has not returned and has left us to put our railings back together please do not use the company.
