Kawartha Dairy Minden

I was driving back to Toronto after camping for 3 days at Algonquin Park and visited Kawartha Dairy. Their portion size was really big with the reasonable prices. I ordered a huge size cone for my daughter, which came with three huge scoops and my daughter loved it even though I had to help her finish it. I also ordered a baby size cup, which was nowhere close to baby size and was really really giant scoop . I really loved Muskoka mocha flavour ice cream . Staff was fast,super nice and friendly, no wonder why there were massive lineups, I would definitely be visiting again.

The portion size was good, but the taste was not even close to my expectation. I got pistachio -almond ice cream, but the taste was far away from pistachio, as well as the color, which was far different from natural pistachio color. I think they must work on the tastes.

Best Ice cream around!! The girls at the window are always fantastic and pleasant. We stop every time we are in the area! Oh and the cheese curds are to die for. I eat a bag on the way home
