        Although we drove here, you could also bike as it's just off the Haliburton Rail Trail. Beautiful, quiet spot to enjoy some small falls.

        Very photogenic. Easy access. Be careful following google maps as it may lead you to someone's driveway (the owner has put up a spray painted sign pointing further down the highway). Stay on the highway for another couple of km and the Ritchie Falls sign is quite prominent. In the summer you can waid in the river down stream from the rapids. No amenities. Great afternoon.
