Terry and her assistant Tara provided wonderful service when I was selling my vacant land. Living 3 hours away made in person meetings challenging, but Terry and Tara sent me everything electronically. I also got weekly emails detailing how many views there were. Selling a home is stressful, but with Terry as my agent my stress level was greatly reduced. Her knowledge of the sale process, the area and the current market conditions, coupled with her patient and calming personality made my experience far less stressful. If you're looking for someone to take care of buying or selling your home or cottage you've found the right person. Terry is one of those rare people who get things done and don't need to be chased or managed. I recently sold a cottage and working with Terry was a pleasure, I was free to focus on other priorities in my lift while Terry took care of everything.
