Paid for a rush appraisal. Over 2 times the normal cost of an appraisal. Only to be told in the final hours before our conditions expired that she (Luba Cargill) wouldn't have the report ready until the next day or possibly after the weekend because she had plans. Told my realtor to get an extension which was not an option for us as the seller had other offers waiting. We had to take a chance and firm up our offer without the appraisal or else lose the property. Essentially paid for a rush appraisal for nothing. Complete waste of our money.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME These people and this company is a scam and took advantage of my grandparents. Police were contacted and Luba Cargill is already in their database.

My experience with this company is very very unprofessional. Appraiser called Friday at 4pm for consent to view property which was sent in writing at 7pm. On Monday said she couldnt appraise property as she didnt receive it. In fact she is a real estate agent and the president is a real estate agent also that lost out on the listing as this was a private sale - which means no commissionsfacts speak for themselves. I would never use this company or their real estate agents - disgraceful conduct.
