I've ordered there Gourmet to Go- Meal kits and there are amazing. Great attention to detail-there sauces are very well done and instructions are very clear. Rivals some of the best meal to go experiences i have done- but it is on the pricier side. Highly recommended for special occasions!

We had our annual executive planning meetings here this month (OCT 2022) and it was fantastic! The service was excellent and attentive but not bothersome - every need met and more. We were all made to feel so welcome. The accommodations are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location is a little out of the way but in the end it was worth the drive--so scenic. Saving the best for last was the food - I've NEVER eaten so well! Delicious, beautifully served, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned - I do not have a single complaint or even suggestion regarding the food. I agree with a previous reviewer - would give 6 stars if I could. The Post House just elevated what it means to get 5 stars.

I had an absolutely amazing weekend as a wedding guest at the Post House. Heather and Joel made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Our room was clean and the facilities are amazing! They have a bunch of lawn games, kayaks/canoes. An incredible gym and even a sauna. The food though was the most impressive part. Every meal was insanely good. Quality you would not expect from a cottage up in Haliburton. Chef Dan and his wife Amber created the most amazing menu ranging from Carrot-cake-bread french toast for breakfast to beef short rib wellington, to a melt in your mouth foie gras. He also makes his own bread and croissants (possibly the best croissants in Ontario!?) I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay here. I only wish it were longer. I am strongly considering making this an annual/biannual vacation weekend with a bunch of friends and splitting the cost. Even a month later I'm still wishing I was back there. Truly an amazing time.
