Very healing and calming soul with a nurturing heart. Wants to help and guide you through your breath. Kelsey in our 6 weeks helped me uncover some of my deepest truths and limiting beliefs. Working with Kelsey was much more insightful than any of the many therapists Ive worked with! Would recommend to anyone who feels like they are chasing something but not getting anywhere, or anyone who wants to learn how to grow and heal through the breath.

My 11 yrs old daughter has weekly sessions with Kelsey over a year now and she looks forward to her sessions with her ever since, I know reiki very well myself and when I interviewed Kelsey, I instantly felt her multilayer nurturing energies, especially her potential gifts to connect to children and youth. My daughter's anxieties are much better now, not only she is able to express herself better, but she is also giving advices to others :) I highly recommend Kelsey to any parent to guide their children and sometimes we as parents need that extra hand, someone with knowledge, being soulful, as a therapist and as a healer, That's Kelsey.

Kelsey was very professional, personable and punctual. She walked me through the entire process with detailed clarity. I felt at ease with her. During the session, lots of memories and images were coming up in my mind and I felt lots of warm energy moving throughout my body. Afterwards, Kelsey reflected back what she saw and felt and everything she said was comforting and aligned to what I experienced. I absolutely loved my experience with Wellness With Kelsey :) She is so supportive, intuitive and empathetic. I went in with an open mind and no expectations and she completely blew them out of the water! I am looking forward to using her other services like coaching and breath work sessions for a complete healing process. I highly recommend Kelsey for all her services!!

Kelsey worked with me as a breathworker in a time of deep need for me. I thought I was accessing my deeper wounds and basically "knew my issues" being also a Registered Nurse. Boy was I wrong! Through Breathwork and working with Kelsey, I was able to go SO very deep into my subconsious and pull up long-held beliefs that were basically killing me from the inside out. I had no idea I unconsciously had these quilt-ridden thoughts about myself. What an eye opener! I was able to breath through the childhood terrors, the teenage fear and sex abuse and the adult guilt and shame that had been holding me back for so many years. She is kind, compassionate and very tender in her approach. Her humor uplifted me at just the right moment. Thank you Kelsey for helping me see who I truly am and my mission in this plan
