Emailed and confirmed rates. Went in person and confirmed the same rates. After they were done, they charged me 80 dollars more than initially communicated (plus 2 dollars to use the credit machine to pay). When I showed them the email and asked why, it was a bunch of hidden fees. They arent transparent with rates so double check all the hidden fees before you agree to work with them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I tried to inquire if they were accepting new clients/ rates and they kept copying and pasting me the same generic message during my follow ups specifically asking about rates - without outlining their rates. In addition, they erroneously copied me on multiple confidential emails meant for their existing clients. Like what? They cannot even send a proper email, do not trust them to file your taxes.
