        Beyond inappropriate behaviour received from Chris Abdo , argued with me over how the damage was caused to my vehicle and incorrectly filled out my appraisal paper work , and sent confidential information out to the wrong contact ! . Dont use this company beyond disgusting dealing with them unknowable and scam artist. Ive requested my insure assign someone else to come back out

        This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever used. They misquoted the repairs twice. Followed up by having zero accountability for the mistakes they made. The appraiser Chris would sometimes take weeks to return phone calls and emails. I ended up having to come out of pocket to have the repairs done properly because of their gross incompetence.
