I gave my 2ed unit contract to a man named Navjot Pelia , who apparently hired Ravinder Singh to do get a permit from the town of Caledon. We paid $3000 upfront, that was the first instalment for the first step , which included getting an approval from the city. The contract was given to Mr. Pelia in Oct 2019 , to cut a long story short , we had to continuously follow up with the two since they never contacted us on their own for months and we kept getting told a bunch of lies every time we tried getting in contact with them . We were told it could take months sometimes , feeling frustrated in July when Navjot stopped taking our calls , we hired someone else who was able to get the permit in less than ONE month and kept us in the loop with regards to all communication records with the city. I obviously want to be reimbursed as they were not able to provide the service they promised and totally ignored our calls when we asked for our money back . Very very disappointed and have been cheated of $3000. Would never recommend this contractor or Architect to anyone
