Engine coolant low. Did pressure test just to confirm if anything wrong or coolant just low. They told me expansion tank had a "hole" in it and needed to be replaced. Thought that was very strange since these parts are very hard, thick plastic, so I said ok if the tank has a hole in it I definitely cannot drive it, so replace it but give me the old part. Receive old part and it looks brand new. No hole, no cracks, and definitely no leaks (filled it up with water, which is thinner liquid than coolant, and no leaks). Call the Sevice department right away and ask for Manager. No returned call for 2 weeks. I call again and tell the manager I don't want to pay for a part that did not need replacing, he says too bad, you confirmed the part replacement and nothing we can do, and the pressure test confirmed it was the expansion tank. Oh he also said only way to tell if there is a crack or hole is to pressure test but absent any cracks or holes on the outside coolant cannot leak out of it. This is common sense. $1,000 unnecesaary bill at a time when inflation is high and people are hurting.Take your service business elsewhere

Unfortunately, my experience at Pfatt BMW in the sales department was not good. I was excited to go into this car dealership to make a new purchase and was turned off. I explained to my salesperson Mohammed that I would like to trade in my X4 to upgrade to a 2023 X4 and the Monthly Payment was more than my Condo Mortgage. Imagine I am trading in my vehicle with low mileage and no accident and he lowballed my sale buyback to BMW. I advised Mohamed that I am in sales and he had not motivated me to want to upgrade my vehicle. This car dealership just lost me wanting to purchase any cars from them. I even tried to tell Mohammed to do some homework and call me back to book another appointment so we can have a do-over he responded to tell me maybe the X4 is not for me. As a new customer, I don't want sales person telling me that especially if I have a credit score in the high 800 and I make a great salary base and in addition, I make a commission. On that note, I will shop around to upgrade my vehicle. Thanks to Mohammed I will put looking for a new car on hold. In sales never try to belittle a potential buyer before knowing them.

Advisor was attentive .. No respect for a customers time. (Young lady at the service desk)... Shuttle scheduling very poor Shuttle driver Manny amazing. Been coming here for 17 years ... customer still is not number 1.
